What is the difference between TruBlue The Original and The Original+ models?
The bags are the same in base. The difference is that The Original+ models have an upgraded look through the extra (genuine) leather straps, leather handle and metal logo.

Can I order TruBlue straps and handles separately?
Not via YellowStars, you will have to go to TruBlue Europe: https://eu.trublue1987.com.

What are the shipping costs?
YellowStars does not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received by us before 5pm will be processed to the same (work)day. Bank holidays excluded.

Via which courier do you send the products out?
We ship orders with DHL, of course with track & trace code.

How are the products packed?
We work with very sturdy plastic shipping bags.

What are the payment methods?
We offer many different payment methods: Ideal, credit card, Bancontact/Mr.Cash, Belfius, KBC, PayPal, Sofort, Bank transfer, Maestro and Billink.

Can I pay afterwards as well?
Yes, for this we work with Billink Achteraf Betalen.

How can I return my order?
We offer two options to return items. Check our terms for Returns / Exchanges in the menu.

Do you only sell new items?
Of course! We do not sell any used items.

Can I also pick up / pay the order in cash?
No that is not possible.
